6. Refusal of Delivery (COD Policy – Important)

Cash on Delivery orders are considered confirmed commitments.

Unjustified refusal of a confirmed shipment may result in:

  • Permanent cancellation of COD option

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

  • Requirement of prepaid payment for future orders

7. No Return Policy
